06 May Breakfast with Laurie and Rogèr at Belle De Nuit

Waking at Belle De Nuit, with nothing on my mind  other that what Laurie and Rogèr will be serving Carissa and I for breakfast has been one of the highlights of our stay here in the 12th century, French village of Oppède le view. Laurie and Rogèr Hasser are a quintessential french couple who compliment each other beautifully. Laurie’s culinary skills make our mornings delightful and Rogèr’s knowledge of Luberon, the heart of Provence has been responsible for some amazing adventures during our time here in the South of France.
