Beautiful Smiles In the Philippines – with Badjao Bridge

With stories still to be told from our experiences on Bohol Island we boarded a plane for our next destination, Palawan Island. Badjao Bridge has recently expanded it’s ministry to the Badjao Tribe that calls Roxas, Palawan their home.

While this was my third visit to Bohol, Palawan Island is a new destination for myself and most of our team of digital media proffesionals. We are excited to document the lives of the Badjao that live on Palawan with digital storytelling.

These photographs document our first days experience on Palawan, Island. These precious children have already captured our hearts, I pray that their beautiful smiles will bless you as they did us.

I invite you to learn more about Badjao Bridge and their unique ministry to the Badjao at – http://www.badjaobridge.org

“Watch carefully the children around you. In precious moments you will catch a glimpse of your Savior’s face. Listen intently and you will hear his voice. Walk gently among them; his footprints are all around you. Embrace them, for you are embracing him. Respect them, because they are sometimes God’s agents – exactly the kind of instruments he needs. At such times, only a child will do.”
